Cancellations/Substitutions
Cancellations made before 3rd December 2008 will be charged at 20% of the invoice total.Cancellations made between 3rd December 2008 and 3rd January 2009 will be charged at 50% of the invoice total.
Cancellations made after 3rd January will be charged the full invoice total.
However, you can send a substitute delegate at any time. Payment for all bookings must be settled before the Summit date. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing.
